For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a Call Center company based in _**Bandar Medini, Iskandar Puteri.**_

Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,100

Other allowance: KPI allowance RM400 + night shift allowance RM300

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to communicate in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- **SPM leavers**are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the-e hailing and delivery service.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
