**Responsibilities**:
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing warehouse activities reports.

To serve as the lead contact person for all customer account management matters, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

To supervising staffs to sustainability accuracy stock inventory and monitoring of warehouse daily operation of receiving, storing / packing, and delivering.

To co-ordinate receiving, storage, picking, checking, scheduling deliveries, container loading, CPC, and reporting.

To be responsible for inventory report, SCAR investigation, pallets movement controlling, container shipment inspection (CPC), and warehouse handling equipment monitoring.

To oversee local/export container loading manner. To endure no spillage / damage while delivery in the warehouse compound.

To implement and enforce effective warehouse management system, including space optimization, efficient resources and equipment utilisation.

To be responsible for warehouse daily hygiene and safety.

To identify issues that may affect warehouse and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.

Any other duties as requested by the management

**Requirements**:
Min 5 years relevant work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or relevant role in 3PL Companies.

Proficiency in BM, English

Good communication skills

Flexible to travel upon request

Own transportation
