**Job Scope:
- **
- Handle daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Maintain and update our customer records especially the cullet price listing.
- Manage incoming calls regarding the cullet collection/pick up from our customers & schedule driver for collection at the venue.
- Issue cullet weighing slips after receiving the DO from our customers.
- Maintain inventory records and track stock levels of the cullet. Must coordinate communication closely between office and production workers.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
- Support the accounts team with purchase requisitions and invoice verification.
- Keep records of licenses, permits, and renewals for workers and factory compliance.
- Compile monthly cullet report for Management’s review
**Requirements:

- Permanent Job
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree with atleast 1 or 2 years working experiances
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm)
- Additional Skills: Excel Worksheet & SQL System (not compulsory but is addedd advantage)
- Group Insurance cover
- Medical Claim entitled up to RM100
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration / clerical
- Malaysian, female applicants only, age 23-33
