**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a bridge between **healthcare professionals, technical teams, and vendors**. Work closely with **EMR/EHR vendors** to ensure seamless integration.
- Assist in defining **healthcare business requirements** and translate them into **technical solutions**.
- Oversee the **implementation of healthcare IT solutions** and ensure alignment with **clinical workflows**.
- Provide **training and support** to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners on system usage.
- Stay updated on **healthcare regulations, HL7/FHIR standards, and compliance requirements**.
- Collaborate with the **development team** to optimize platform features based on user feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in IT, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in **healthcare technology, product management, or system integration**.
- Strong understanding of **EMR, HIS, HL7/FHIR interoperability, and medical operations**.
- Ability to **translate clinical needs into technical requirements**.
- Excellent **problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and training abilities**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in **hospital/clinic IT implementation or digital health solutions**.
- Understanding of **AI-driven healthcare platforms, IoT medical devices, or telemedicine solutions**.
- Familiarity with **regulatory requirements** (MDA, MOH, GDPR, HIPAA compliance).
