Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Petaling Jaya. This role will be responsible for providing product expertise and support to the surgeons and nurses in private and government hospitals. As a Product Specialist, you will actively support surgical procedures in the operating theatre to ensure that the product meets the needs of our healthcare professionals. In addition, you will work closely with key decision makers and purchasers in the hospitals to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Product Specialist and Sales skills
  • Analytical Skills to understand healthcare professionals' needs and analyze data to make product recommendations
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Bachelor's degree in science, biomedical, engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the medical device industry is a plus
