**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities:
- Act as the Quality Management System Document Controller to control and maintain the system documents.
- Ensure QMS records are properly identified and stored.
- To coordinate, monitor and control the movement, filling and archiving of all technical documents with the objective of ensuring compliance to the to the company's project procedures.
- To prepare various weekly and monthly reports in order to highlight status to site manager.
- Maintain a whole and complete control copy of project documents including drawings and details and all other fundamental project documentation.
- To maintain and project documents hard as well as soft copies of all drawings in order to comply with client requirement
- Handling administrative tasks including document control, filing, copying, scan, CD burning as required in the role.
- Filing and archiving quality records.
- Other duties as directed.
