Office Location : Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in any related Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
- Experience in MEP Engineering Works - minimum 3-4 years' experiences in related field for this position.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and Access. Knowledge in 3D and Sketch Up is an added advantage.
- Familiar with document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint, One Drive) and database management.
- Should have the ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, possess good knowledge in document control, management processes & standard and ISO standards.
- Willing travel to Singapore (HQ) when necessary.
- Can speak English (fluently); able to deal with international client/suppliers.
- Able commence work immediately & possess own vehicle would be an added advantage.

Job Description:

- Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software AutoCAD & Sketch Up.
- Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.
- Adjusting drawings according to the feedback.
- Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
- Setting up drawing formats and configuration files.
- Responsible for organizing and categorizing documents, updating and editing existing documentation, and creating new documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather information and ensure that the documentation meets the needs of the organization and our clients.
- Controlling company and project documentation.
- Following and improving document control procedures.
- Receive, review and process incoming documents/drawings. Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
- Develop/support best practices and drive for consistent implementation
- To undertake any other duties assign by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
