Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing
- Provide clients with information on legal guidelines, property specifications, and financing options
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Prepare and manage real estate documentation, including purchase and lease contracts
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing document signing and fund disbursement
- Promote properties through advertising, open houses, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain a network of lawyers, mortgage lenders, and contractors
- Inspect properties to assess value and condition before finalizing deals
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and valuation techniques
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Certification or license as a Real Estate Negotiator (REN) from relevant authority (e.g., LPPEH in Malaysia)
- Prior experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred
Performance Indicators
- Number of successful transactions
- Client satisfaction ratings
- Revenue generated through commissions
- Growth in client base and property listings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,251.86 - RM13,799.11 per month
