Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA. Provide support on SAP FICO/Blackline (covering following SAP Account Substantiation and Automation for Balance Sheet Reconciliation Automation) for AIA Business Units.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned
- Support to business user specifically in Blackline Reconciliation tool and database therein. GL accounting and reconciliations between SAP/Blackline.
- Gather customer requirements, troubleshoot, support system bugs and fixes by analyzing the symptoms and underlying problems (moderate & complex scenarios)
- Provide critical oversight that reconciliations are being performed correctly and account reconciliation policy is being adhered to.
- Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value
- Prepare functional/technical specification, training document, test plan/scripts, testing environment and perform end-to-end testing Support SIT/UAT and post go-live support.
- Participates in cross-functional projects and team collaboration
- Develops and maintains process-related documentation
- Coordinate in knowledge transfers of system designs and procedures
- Follow Information Technology policies and industry best practices
- Handle new challenges and open to change.
- Provide training to end users.
- Participate in project activities with Blackline and SAP integration focus.
- May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements.
- Supporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required.

**Job Requirements**:Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business or Accounting equivalent is required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in regional solution / system support on SAP FICO mainly New General Ledger Accounting.
- Relevant experience in Blackline Administration/ Reconciliation Tool (admin), Accounting Principles will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in accounting / business knowledge in accounting and financial terminology.
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Relevant Centre of Excellence experience and user support track record.
- Managing communication with key stakeholders (i.e. finance business users).

**Certifications / licenses**:

- Relevant SAP/Blackline certification.
