**Customer Service -**Digital Live Chat Consultant

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **friendly and customer-focused Digital Live Chat Consultant** to provide real-time support, efficiently resolve issues, and enhance the digital customer experience. As the first point of contact, you will deliver high-quality service and represent our brand with professionalism and care.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- **Working Days**: Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off)
- **Working Hours (Rotational Shifts)**:

- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Live Chat Support**: Engage with customers in real time via live chat. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about products, services, orders, troubleshooting, and more.
- **Customer Assistance**: Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses to customer queries. Strive for high customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
- **Product Knowledge**: Deliver knowledgeable and empathetic support. Promote products, guide purchases, and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.
- **Customer Insights**: Maintain accurate records of interactions and use customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.

**Requirements**:

- SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification (Fresh Graduates)
- Proven experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital tools, live chat platforms, CRM systems, and customer support software
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
