**The Position**:
To provide comprehensive information and solutions to customers about the product and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mon to Sun work day based on roster (5-day week).
- Covering weekends and Public Holidays
- Working hours - rotational shifts
- Training provided.
- 9 hours shift (including 1 hour meal break).
- Shift Allowance and Overtime allowance will be provided
**The Package**:

- Basic Salary - RM2200 (during probation 3 months)
- Upon confirmation - RM2500 per month
- Attendance Allowance - RM300 per month
- Annual Leave - 12 days
- Medical Leave - 14 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
