To excel in this role, you’re expected to have relevant experience in payroll processing and benefit administration.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the group’s payroll, which covers Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.
- Responsible for end to end payroll processing and statutory submission for Malaysia.
- Manage employees’ benefits include leave, medical claims and insurance administration, store credit etc.
- Assist to prepare letters on staff movement, promotion and salary adjustment and accordingly update the changes in HRIS.
- Prepare payroll reports required for submission to Finance on a monthly basis.
- Prepare reports on company budget and HR expenses on a quarterly or annual basis or any other ad hoc HR analytics report as required by the Management.
- Assist HOD to manage HR planning, budgeting and expenses.
- Oversees yearly external audit exercises.
- Continuously contribute to HR operations excellence.
- Address and resolve employees enquiries related to reward & benefit administration.
- To assist on any other HR operations matters, include expatriate and foreign workers visa management and tax clearance.

Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelors’ degree in a HRM, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Payroll experience in the Malaysian market is essential. Optional for other markets as the payrolls are mainly processed by outsourced agents.
- Strong logical thinking and numeracy skills. Intermediate to advance knowledge in MS. Excel.
- Good communication skills. Able to work closely and effectively with other departments.
