**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Providing exceptional service to principal’s family and guest.
- Cleans and maintains the Residence by perform daily cleaning duties.
- Planning and assisting principal social activities.
- Manage and maintain adequate inventory of all groceries, household, and personal items.
- Ability to provide safety and security matters when necessary.
- Supporting principal with their emotional or physical issues.
- Handling special request, errands, and related duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- SPM level with hotel experience and Degree fresh graduate who active in uniform bodies during college / university are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate effectively, both spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Able to lead a small cleaning team.
- Able to work efficiently without compromising quality of work.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Possessed valid driving license (B2 & D)
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Reliability, Integrity and Honesty.
