**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **technical support and troubleshooting** for customers using our **POS system and software**.
- Diagnose and escalate **complex technical issues** to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Conduct **software installation, configuration, and updates** for clients.
- Guide customers through **basic troubleshooting steps** and system usage.
- Document and update **support tickets and issue resolutions** in the system.
- Work on a **shift basis**, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
- Perform **on-site support** if required.
- Collaborate with the **development and sales teams** to improve product performance and customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply** - Training will be provided
Diploma or Degree in **IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering**, or a related field.
Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in **Malay & English** (additional languages are a plus).
**Willing to work on rotating shifts** (Morning/Afternoon/Night).
**Must be able to work overtime (OT) when required**.
**Own transport preferred** (for emergency on-site visits).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
