**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:

- Manage and run day-to-day pallet issue/ Dehire / relocations activities in the depot.
- Ensure proper and good storage of pallet stock in the depot.
- Transport management of trucks for local and outstation service provider.
- Perform the whole job scope of procurement functions.
- Reconcile transport transactions and process transporter claims.
- Pallet transaction reconciliation on daily basis.
- Forklift management in the depot.

**PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES**:

- Ensure all pallet transaction being correctly update into AX system.
- Ensure pallet storage, space being utilised efficiently, and the truck flow and traffic in the depot is smooth on daily basis.
- Ensure all customer requests for pallet delivery and collection being fulfil accordingly.
- Ensure all purchase order being raise and expedite delivery of goods.
- Provide accrual report on monthly basis for all the unbilled expenses.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of forklift being conduct by forklift driver on daily basis and provide forklift training to the driver.
- Ensure all POD (Proof Of Delivery) being compiled when processing the transporter invoice before submission to finance department.
