客户服务专员上班时间为每周5天,每天9小时,薪资**RM4200 - RM4500**,提供医疗和住院保险。休息日按照排班安排
**职责:**
客户服务专员必须能够通过口头和书面中文与客户进行良好沟通,并通过接听和拨打电话、聊天和电子邮件的方式,以高效且礼貌的方式与客户互动。
**职位要求:**
具备SPM / 大专学历,年龄18岁及以上
能以流利的中文书写与沟通,具备基础英语能力
精通PC软件-Windows/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
具备出色的组织和管理技能
具有动态、高度自我激励和以结果为导向的团队合作精神,良好的人际交往能力
能够在动态和具有挑战性的环境中多任务处理,并按计划工作
能够轮班工作
