At BJAK, we believe every great product starts with the right people. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and recruit high-performing, mission-aligned individuals who will shape the future of financial access in Southeast Asia.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and evaluating top talent across functions. From engineering to operations to AI, the people you bring in will directly impact how fast and how far we grow.
**What You’ll Do**
- Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, events, and beyond.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews that go beyond surface-level answers.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.

**The Right Fit Has...**
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles
- Exposure to international recruitment and/or regional hiring across ASEAN
- Familiarity with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Understanding of startup/scale-up hiring challenges
