**About the job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and competencies for open positions.
- Source and attract top talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference verifications and background screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, HR databases, and systems.
- Administer HR tasks including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, performance management, morale, safety, and training.
- Support the resolution of employee issues and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee and perform administrative functions and update department calendars.
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and provide general administrative support.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling financial records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external purposes.
- Serve as the liaison between the department and other organizational teams.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage purchase order (PO) processes, including creation, approval, and tracking.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other HR, and administrative tasks as assigned.
**Requirement and Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, including experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
