**Key responsibilities & duties**
- Leading a team of Sales Assistant and to promote and market products to key customer and corporate customer.
- Responsible for maintaining and expanding company relationship with existing key customer and corporate customer and solicit new business with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support the growth of the company.
- Perform and analysis on competitors, market trend and feasibility study.
- Responsible for realizing the committed sales target.
- Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to chief responsible personnel.
- Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
- Contribute in proper product quantity enabling client to retail profitably.
- Increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
- Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
- Interact regularly with top ten accounts related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
- Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
**Academic or trade qualifications**

**Work experience and skills**
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s)**:Mandarin ( COMPULSORY ),** English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
- The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
- Do not mind to work extra mileage and highly commitment and responsibility to work.
- Able to meet tight deadlines & allocated monthly sales target.
- You are required to have a valid B License & possess own transport to service customer.
