Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Proton e.MAS — engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right EV solution. You will play a key role in driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to our mission of accelerating EV adoption in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with walk-in customers, online leads, and event visitors to promote Proton e.MAS EVs
  • Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain features/benefits of EV ownership
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the journey
  • Participate in roadshows, community events, and digital campaigns to create brand awareness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Passionate about sales and customer service (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about EV technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess a valid driving license (able to handle test drives with customers)
