Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
Sales Executive plays an important role in a company’s revenue generation by identifying, prospecting, and selling products or services to customers. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting, or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
1. Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals as outlined by company.
2. Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
3. Identify and generate potential leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and other sales and marketing strategies.
4. Monitor and report on sales performance.
5. Negotiate terms, pricing, and condition of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
6. Close sales deals.
7. Create and implement sales strategies and plans, which may involve setting targets, creating action plans, and coordinating with other departments to achieve sales goals.
8. Develop a deep understanding of the products and services being sold and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
9. Prepare and maintain sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and results.
10. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner, often collaborating with other departments to provide solutions.
**Additional Information**:
The sales executive may be required to travel, attend meetings and events, and work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedule and achieve sales goals.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,081.42 per month
