Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Document handling** - Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence; manage filing systems (both digital and physical).
- **Office support** - Order supplies, handle mail and deliveries, and maintain office equipment.
- **Team assistance** - Support managers and other staff with administrative tasks.
- **Event logistics** - Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, trainings, seminars, and company events.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is often preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
