Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to support business growth.
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Create and execute innovative sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze client data to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Provide tailored recommendations and solutions that align with client goals.
- Collaborate with clients to implement strategies and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Monitor client performance and prepare detailed reports and business analyses.
- Schedule regular client meetings to maintain alignment and track progress.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in client servicing, account management, or business consulting.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with diverse business functions such as IT, Marketing, and HR.
- **Personality**: Results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about exceeding client expectations.
**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent.
- Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Can start immediately or report duty in a short period would be a priority considered.
