HR Manager

1) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
2) Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
3) Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4) Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
5) Manage and administer compensation and benefits programs.
6) Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
7) Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
8) Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases using HRIS systems.
9) Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
10) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to proactively address HR challenges.
11) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
12) Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship
**Requirements**:
1) Proven working experience as HR Manager or other Senior HR
2) People-oriented and results-driven.
3) Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4) Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
5) Can work half day on Saturday
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
