Working location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budgeting procedures for the company.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintainence of office facilities and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and etc..)
- High energy, ability to work independently, quick learner, careful and diligence, high sense of responsibility, initiative.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritze tasks.
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
