Job Title: Admin & Customer Support

**Job Description**:

- Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets, Google Drive, and POS system
- Coordinate customer appointments and update schedules accordingly
- Organize daily job queue to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion
- Provide support to ensure smooth customer check-ins/check-outs and task handovers between shifts

Skills Required:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Able to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable in handling customer calls and messages in a courteous, helpful manner
- Able to plan and manage appointments efficiently

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
