- Monitoring all ROT and updating delivery /collection, staging list and monitor on pending collection list and long overdue deliveries with customer.
- Provide additional charges to customer where necessary after getting authorization from head of haulage
- Ensure required document complete print CN submit to Planner.
- Ensure all customer claims are resolve in timely manner.
- Prepare billing after job completion with quotation generated through Smart Freight.
- Prepare monthly report as customer request.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible
- Able to work independently and under pressure with a confident skill level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
