**Job Summary**:
Incharge indoor sales.

Manage and coach sales team to improve skill and to create prospect for the sales department.

Report directly to Retail Manager

**Responsiblities**:
1. Attend the walk-in customers by explaining the products features clearly to customers

2. Understand company products and services and promote to our customer.

3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through potential list, campaign and networking.

4. Lead sales team, and encourage retail sales person to hit the sales target.

5. Conduct daily morning briefing, weekly meeting with sales person and updated weekly report to

Retail Manager.

6. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

7. Training and providing overall guidance to sales person.

8. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

9. Ad hoc task assigned by superior
