Logistic Assistant

The Logistics Assistant supports the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain department. This role ensures the smooth flow of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain by assisting with inventory management, order processing, shipping coordination, and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and logistics activities.
- Support the preparation and processing of shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
- Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assist with inventory; packing, stock checks, data entry, and discrepancy reports.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions in systems such as ERP or warehouse management software.
- Help schedule deliveries and pickups based on production and customer needs.
- File and organize logistics documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., customs, transportation safety).
- Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SPM
- Experience in a logistics, warehousing, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel to warehouse if required
- Can be immediately available
- Full time position based Petaling Jaya
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
