The Administration / Logistics Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to ensure effective and efficient operations. The candidate should be a team player with a pleasant disposition and strong organizational skills.

  1. Role and Responsibilities:

  2. Prepare quotations for government and private hospitals and provide office-based sales support.

  3. Perform general office duties, including checking online purchase orders from government hospitals via the e-Perolehan database system and attending phone calls.
  4. Maintain basic record-keeping for GDPMD internal audits related to sales.
  5. Prepare invoices, issue receipts, and draft reports, memos, and letters (e.g., for PERKESO/SOCSO, JPA, TBP, Zakat, government hospital, university tenders, private hospitals, and other social welfare/insurance matters).
  6. Assist the finance department with accounts receivable and payable.

  7. Conduct regular follow-ups on existing and new quotations, purchase orders, and tenders.

  8. Qualification and Requirements:

  9. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher qualification preferred.

  10. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
  11. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  12. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

  13. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or PageMaker will be an advantage.
