Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Working days : Monday to Saturday

**Job Description**:

- Ensure all residents experience a comfortable and safe stay at the hostel
- Manage and lead a team providing services to the hostel
- Conduct regular audits and checks to monitor staff compliance with hostel rules and regulations, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement to the management
- Supervise operations to ensure proper adherence to SOPs, establish work quality standards, and develop methods to enhance team performance
- Conduct frequent audits to maintain quality standards
- Train and manage the team to deliver and maintain high-quality services for residents and customers
- Take reasonable steps to ensure the health, safety, and security of residents and visitors at all times

**Requirements**:

- Able to start immediately
- Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 year of related working experience is required
- Stay in Senai Area, Malaysian
- Age: 28 and above
- Possess own transport
- Diploma and above
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
