**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Building and managing a high-performing sales team, including setting performance targets, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
- Mentor and provide guidance to the Digital Marketing and CRM in charge and actively promote E-commerce projects in cooperation with related departments.
- Understand the needs of the direct store business and competition landscape and support the channels with the appropriate point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) in a timely manner.
- Monitor competitors’ activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability.
- Manage the advertising and promotions budget with HOD.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or relevant fields) with a minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG industries
- Highly skilled in prospecting and targeting new FMCG clients.
- Excellent command of English, Mandarin communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrate excellence & expertise in local market & has strong existing business relations
- Deep analytical skills and understanding of operational processes
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
