As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for finding or winning new retail outlet, as well as looking after existing buyers accounts. You will be focusing on FMCG items in the company which is ready to drink Almond Plant Beverages and Kurma Fruit Drinks. Your customers might be wholesalers, conveinience stores, general and modern trade buyers. Daily Job Responsibilities: 1) Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume. 2) Identify potential markets, sales channels, competition and propose effective sales strategy plan for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target and KPI's. 3. Managing all sales channels, eg general trade, modern trade, and ensure daily operations function well. 4. Establish a network and build good rapport with new client. 5. Conceptualize a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base. 6. Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team. 7. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone. 8. Advising buyers and distributors about delivery schedules and after sales-service. Key requirement : 1. At least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG companies or sales industries. 2. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. 3. Good communication and 'people skills'. 4. Confidence, motivation and determination. 5. The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team. 6. Good organizational and time management skills. 7. Ability to deal with rejection. 8. Attention to detail. 9. The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets. 10. Good business sense and a professional manner.
