The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of onshore/offshore oil & gas projects. This includes ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the specified quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role requires a leader with solid experience in project and construction management within the upstream oil & gas sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all phases of project execution, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies for onshore/offshore construction projects.
- Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee procurement, subcontracting, engineering, construction, commissioning, and close-out activities.
- Monitor project performance, conduct regular progress reviews, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, including engineers, supervisors, and other key personnel.
- Manage change orders, risk assessments, and project reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project-related technical, commercial, and contractual issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a **Diploma or Degree in any field**, preferably in engineering or construction-related disciplines.
- Minimum **10 years of working experience in the onshore/offshore upstream oil & gas industry**, with strong exposure to **project management and/or construction management**.
- Proven track record in **managing oil and gas projects** of similar magnitude and complexity, particularly involving fabrication and/or installation works.
- Recent experience as a **Project Manager** or at least as a **Construction Manager/Engineer (10+ years)** in onshore construction is **mandatory**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of industry standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements in the oil & gas sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
