Are you a help desk professional looking to broaden your experience to an international level?
I'm hiring vibrant, energetic help desk professionals for a global technology company
You'll be:
- Prioritising customer needs and ensure timely issue resolution within SLA
- Providing system admin support and expert product knowledge to internal and external customers
- Gathering information to resolve issues or escalating to L2, L2S, or L3 support teams as needed
- Collaborating with support teams for complex issues and escalating accordingly
- Documenting and tracking incidents in the ticketing system
