Job Description:

- The Service Desk provides a single point of contact for all IT related problem and enquiries.
- Service Desk takes responsibility of the total end to end management of all calls (from the initial contact, until the call is closed) and provides End to End Tier 1 Incident Management support for all Prudential infrastructure related problem and queries.
- To monitor tickets within the Service Desk Queues and ensure tickets are attend to on timely manner
- Attend to query which falls within the scope of Service Desk.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
