**Job Summary** We are looking for a Planning Executive to assist Planning Manager in the area to determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects. You are required to involve throughout the development stages, and are present on site during the build to oversee procedures. Also, to estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met. **Responsibilities**: - To prepare and maintain the logistic plan, project time schedule included identification of critical path, logic links, resources planning such as manpower histogram, plant & machinery, material planning etc. - Monitor and report progress performance, delay analysis and provide mitigation action. - Progress report and look ahead programme preparation. - Register delay events and follow up on the Application of Extension of Time. - To collect actual productivity data for future project reference. - Able to advise project team with logical work sequence. - Able to advise site on critical work to reduce potential delay to the progress. - Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage. - Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications. - Making estimations for timescales and costs. - Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems. - Ensuring procedures are carried out safely. - Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management. **Job Requirements**: **Job Requirements** - At least **three (3) years** of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Executives specializing in Construction Planning, Primavera P6, MS project or equivalent. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. - Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. - Able to work independently and under pressure. - **Able to start work immediately.** - Able to work to over hazardous work environment (**site**). - Willing to work at** **Kuala Lumpur / Selangor**. - One (1) permanent position available. - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin **Skill Level**: Executive - About ZHONGTIAN ARDC SDN BHDcompleted and ongoing projects, has a total construction area of 780000 square meters. In the process of implementing these projects, we have always adhered to the business philosophy of "sincerely creating a better home".
