**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and other key documentation.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage and reconcile AP/AR transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and monitoring of expenditure variances.
- **Audit Support**: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and deadlines.
- **Expense Management**: Oversee company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement best practices to enhance financial processes and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, preferably within FMCG manufacturing.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.

**Skills**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
