1. Admin & Finance:
1.1. Basic administrative work.
1.2. Preparing online supplier and sundry payments - as per the recurring payment list in our SOP. Approximately 20 payments per month.
1.3. Maintain payment records & supplier communication files, in both soft & hard copy.
1.4. Maintain and file credit card slips with settlement slip and merchant statement.
1.5. Submit monthly payment and bank statement to our accounting team.
2. Office Operations:
2.1. To monitor front desk and office operations.
2.2. To overlook internal purchasing for the Company and ensuring all supplies are adequately available.
2.3. Assisting the Managing Director in company related activities.
3. Student Affairs & Operations:
3.1. To receive and compile student’s request for certificates and other forms.
3.2. To send payment link for students for document courier and other related documents.
3.3. To verify student documents.
4. Human Resource:
4.1. Maintain HR records and update employee file.
4.2. NOTE: Payroll and complete set of bookkeeping are outsourced to 3rd party agent.
**Required experience, skills & knowledge**:
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in similar industry.
2. Diploma in accounting, business administration or management related training.
4. Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task to detail.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
