**Job Overview**
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Admin to join our client's team. The HR Admin will be responsible for supporting HR-related activities, managing employee documentation, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with daily HR functions to ensure efficient operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Handle onboarding of new employees, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation schedules, and managing new hire paperwork. Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance forms.
- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and stored confidentially. This includes employment contracts, personal details, and performance reviews.
- **HR Policies and Procedures**: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and local labor laws.
- **Payroll and Attendance**: Support payroll processing by ensuring employee attendance and leave records are accurately maintained. Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, and policies. Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations. Prepare and manage reports and documentation for HR audits.
- **General HR Support**: Assist in organizing HR-related events such as training programs, staff meetings, and employee welfare activities.
**Qualifications**
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Technologically proficient, capable of utilizing various software and systems effectively.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
