**Education & Training**
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration / Management or any related disciplines
**Experience**
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Administration

**1. Clerical Support**
- Provide clerical support for the department
- Ensure that correspondence to/from HOD are handled in an efficient and timely manner to ensure timely action, proper control of document and filing in of document in a systematic and organized manner
- Monitor utilization of stationeries, supplies and other office consumable and ensures timely replenishment of items
- Provide general administrative support for the department
**2. Filing and Record Keeping**
- Keep and maintain proper filing of all documents
- Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date records and prepare relevant report and analysis for management and Group Human Resource and Administration Division
**3. License & work permit**
- Assist in renewal of the licenses before the date of expiry
**4. Payroll Processing**
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, payment and distribution of pay slips.
**5. Maintenance of Leave & Attendance Records**
- Enter data and maintain a complete and up-to-date annual leave and attendance records in the system.
**6. Administration**
- Assist on the administration functions.
- Assist in managing the Company’s assets/property including office equipments, various products etc., ensuring that these are stored, issued and protected.
- assist in controlling on administration cost on printing, postal, telephone, maintenance and etc.
- Manage the Company’s vehicles and ensure that vehicles are insured and all necessary tax and licensing are carried out on time.
- Control and implement Company policies and procedures with regards to administration matters.
- Assist in implementing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure a healthy and save working environment.
- Recommend appropriate administrative procedures for the following areas, mailing, purchasing, goods in out etc.
- Ensure the safe custody and effective retrieval of all administration related document, records and files retained within Human Resource and Administration Department.
- Ensure that all administration records are continually updated through the incorporation of amendments and regular filing.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
