**Job Title**: Sales Manager (Chinese and English)

**Location**: Hybrid setup - Malaysia (Klang City or Penang City)

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Malaysia Time

**Salary**: $7 - $8 USD per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives in the
- Plastic sector.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends,
- and competitive landscapes.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- and fostering loyalty.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and
- ensuring target attainment.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Plastic sector, staying abreast of industry
- advancements and product innovations.
- Proficiently utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
- purposes.
- Leverage advanced marketing skills to effectively promote products, identify target audiences,
- and orchestrate impactful sales campaigns.
- Execute successful negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually
- beneficial outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Plastic sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on surpassing sales targets
