We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Cold Kitchen Chef (Garde Manger)**of more than 10 years experience.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Under responsibilities of Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef
- Responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the Chef
- Service, decoration and supervision of the restocking of the cold buffets
- Ensure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, taste and temperature
- Assist with inventory control and ordering of ingredients for the cold kitchen section.
- Ensure allergens and dietary restrictions are respected in food preparation and service.
- Supervises and motivates its team (minimum 4 persons)
- To respect all of the menu that has been standardize
- Work together with other nationalities as well
- Help to promote and participate to various activities, events and sharing moments in the resort
**Requirements**:
- Willing to relocate to **Club Med Resorts in Japan**:
- 10 years prior experience as Chef de Partie or in similar field.
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Culinary arts or similar certification compulsory
- Experience at 4 or 5 stars hotel or resort preferred
- Energetic and positive thinking
- Good physical condition with problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
- Passion for culinary excellence
**What we offer**:
- Seasonal contract from _December 2025 - April 2026_

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
