Property Development Executive

**Job Duties**:
1. Attend to sales enquiries, walk-in customers and incoming calls.
2. Assist in sales and marketing activities.
3. Assist in compiling and updating of marketing material.
4. Conduct market research and survey on property market development.
5. Coordinate the preparation and signing of documentation including liaison with purchasers, solicitors and bankers.
5. Follow up on loan release and monitor the loan release on timely basis.
6. Prepare billings, reminders, receipts and collection of payments.
7. Maintain property of sales to ensure information in system is always kept up date and accurate.
8. prepare weekly reports including loan tracking reports and month end report for control of collection.
9. Ensure all billings are recorded and reflected accordingly to our Marketing and Advertising Plan.
10. Implement, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the project development to meet tthe agreed standard, quality, cost, and timeline.
11. Study, highlight, and resolve conflicts, interferences, discrepancies, and errors/omissions of drawings and specifications.
12. Monitor and ensure progress / quality assurance / status updates/ financial reports are provided along with provision of regular updates to Management/ immediate superior for efficient allocation or resources.
13. Liaise with consultants, architects, authorities, contractors, etc. to ensure works are carried out based on established procedures, specifications, and contract requirements of the project.
14. Attend to final inspections, client and consultant meetings, etc.
15. Ensure proper filing and maintaining of administrative records.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor in Marketing, Real Estate Management or equivalent.
2. At least **2 years of working experience** with Property Development or in similar capacity.
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Have a pleasant personality with good communication skill.
4. Experience in Sales Admin is an added advantage.
5. **Familiar in Housing Development Act, Loan Documentation and Strata Tittle Act**.
6. Computer literate and competent with MS Office.
7. Able to multi-task, strong initiative to learn and possess great personality.
8. License D is a must.

**Salary**: RM2,350.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
