To Assist Building Manager in operation and maintenance of the common property in accordance with policies, procedures, and standing orders set by the Company;
- To liaise with and update the JMB on relevant progress of any issues related to the building and owners/residents.
- To implement and enforce house rules/bylaws / additional bylaws.
- To monitor AirBnB operators and enforce house rules.
- To lead and monitor the performance of the maintenance team.
- To review and monitor the performance of all service providers.
- To attend monthly meeting with JMB, AGM and prepare minutes of meetings.
- To attend complaints made by the owners/residents.
- To monitor the collection of overdue debts and implement debt recovery process.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess Bachelor Degree in Building / Property Management / Real Estate Management / Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of working experience in property or building management or facility management;
- Well-versed in Strata Management Act (2013), Strata Management Regulations 2015, Strata Title Act 318, and any other relevant building Act;
- Good written & spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Condomaster or CSS;
- Good interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills.
- Able to multi-task, a strong customer service focus, a commitment to provide quality services, and a sound knowledge of current stratified properties maintenance and management legislation is essential to this role.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be a self-starter and work with little supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
