**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor, maintain and protect the environmental standard of the company according to current rules & regulations.
- Plan, organize and execute environmental activities and any prevailing environmental matters.
- Identify and assess potential risks such as pollution, noise control, toxic contamination, accidents at project sites, waste management and etc.
- In charge of the development & implementation of ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
- Conduct and participate in meetings with the subcontractors.
- Liaise with local authorities on compliance with the related environmental law and regulations.
- Ensure proper record keeping of all environmental records and compliance for the Management and other stakeholders.
- Handle the schedule waste, eSWIS & other monitoring required based on EQA 1974.
- Prepare environmental promotional materials and ensure awareness materials are available at project sites.
- Coordinate the implementation of environmental management programs such as environmental audits, routine site walk, spot check, and etc.
- Attending non-compliance cases and investigating complaints received from public any related agencies.
- Conduct training to create awareness among all parties involved in the project.
- Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Implementing the project safety & health plan & all relevant legal, statutory and legislative requirements for safety & health at site.
- Identifying all potential hazards & formulating action plan to prevent injury & casualty to anyone.
- Maintain good environment, safety and health at the workplace (site & office) and ensuring compliance to regulatory laws and acts of the Government.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge on ISO 14001 (EMS) [45001 is advantage]
- Certified in Environmental Professional in Schedule Waste Management (CePSWam)
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as Environmental Officer.
