**About the Job**
Our client, established in 2014, is a leading used car business in Perak. They have over 400 units of cars ranging from luxury to economic models across 3 branches in Perak and 1 in Selangor. As a growing company, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to build and develop our HR function from the ground up.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and implement HR standards, policies, and systems from the ground up, transitioning from manual processes.
- Analyze workforce trends and employee behaviors using the DISC personality assessment tool to improve team dynamics and performance.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, ensuring effective talent selection to meet business needs.
- Provide consultation to management on HR best practices, staff development, and performance improvement strategies.
- Deliver hands-on support in daily HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Manage and coach a small team (currently 2 staff handling administrative tasks) to support HR and administrative functions.
- Create and implement training and development programs to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work culture, addressing employee grievances and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Develop and manage HR reports using Excel and other tools to track and analyze HR metrics.
**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in an organization with limited HR systems in place.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, with experience in creating HR policies and systems from scratch.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR-related software.
- Experience with the DISC assessment tool for team and employee analysis.
- Strong consultation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide HR solutions that align with business goals.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
