**1) Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Responsible to update the new hires data, resignation, confirmation, promotion & staff movement in HRIS (HRWT).Responsible to ensure the company’s HR information system and related systems (EWD, LEAD IT and myStucture )are up to date to reflect the current structure.Responsible to ensure the position number in organization is in place as per organization’s requirement.Responsible to create a new position number or delete the position if necessary as per organization’s requirementResponsible to ensure the quality of the HRWT Automated Org Chart.As and when to support with the headcount report preparation & analysis. 2) **Recruitment Support for Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation (MBTI) Project Hub Malaysia
- To work together with HRBP, Business Unit & HR Interns.To work together with HR Shared Service responsible in recruitment to ensure efficient onboarding/staff movement/offboarding activities. **3) General/HR Project
- Co-creation - actively participate and support all activities organize, coordinate or initiate by the HR Department / Business Unit (MBTI). **Qualifikationen**:
Qualification / Specific knowledge

Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or relatedExperience in HR information system and HR General Knowledge (Automotive / High Tech)Knowledge of Malaysian applicable laws for employment and related.Solid analytical and problem solving skillsProactive, organised, resourceful and meticulous at work- Good knowledge and practicality of MS Office Application
