**About the role** We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team at INTIGA SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation at Simpany Pulai Perak (_**specialising in "Natural Stones"**_). As the Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and overseeing production activities to meet our Company's goals and customer demands. **What you'll be doing** - Develop and maintain production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation - Coordinate with various departments, such as procurement, quality control and maintenance, to ensure timely delivery of products - Monitor production progress and identify any potential bottlenecks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed - Analyse production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges - Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental regulations - Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and efficiency **What we're looking for** - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role - Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to manage data and create reports - An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving - A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt - **Open to fresh graduates** Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30AM to 6PM) Language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu Location: Simpang Pulai, 31300 Kampung Kepayang, Perak Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Kampung Kepayang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Location**: - Kampung Kepayang (required) Work Location: In person
