Supporting the regulatory, sales teams in all areas of administration and any ad-hoc duties
- Dealing sales within local/overseas as well as export/import shipments.
- Liaising Customer Order are despatched to side on time.
- Liaising with shipping agent to ensure that incoming goods and necessary paperwork are dealt with in a timely fashion and not unnecessarily delayed in customs
- To prepare Quotations, issue Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and other necessary documents to vendor and customer.
- Month End invoice consolidation on ERP System & Sales Report
- Maintenance of customer / vendor database into ERP system
- Weekly Forecast report together with Sale Operation Planning(SONP)
- Manage inventory, including purchasing and ordering of goods to ensure adequate stock to meet customer requirements
- Review stock movement and recommend action plan for non-moving or obsolete products:
Requirements:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, ERP
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service and Experience in shipping.
- 2 position is available ( Junior, Senior )
